AiW Fanfiction Recommendation List

This is something I've been meaning to do for a while, but a request from a newish member of Terribly Late for recs is what finally got my butt into gear. Stories will be seperated by author, and are in no particular order. Maybe when I'm a bit more ambitious I'll alphabetize them, but really, as I said, the list for now is still smallish. With how many wonderful writers there are in the com I'm sure that will change.

I apologize now for this chapter. It is a beast that nearly ate my soul. 10,000 + words, and it still feels more abrupt than I think it should.
Playlist Shuffle Challenge--10 Songs

Rules:
1. Pick a character, fandom, pairing, friendship, whatever.
2. Put your music on shuffle/random and start playing songs.
3. For each song, write something inspired by the song related to the theme you chose earlier. No pre-planning and no writing after the song is over. No skipping songs, either.
4. Do 10 songs and post. Be sure to include the song/artist.
So then, drabblish stuff under the cut! Rating ranges from G to R.
All are within the AiW fandom.

WARNINGS: This chapter contains violence. I almost upped the rating of the story for this chappie, actually, but in the end just cut out some of the more colorful descriptions of violent behavior. Still thought there might be enough to post a warning, though, just in case.

Buffy held up a tattered journal containing a moving illustration of a young woman in armor, arm swinging towards a dragon.
"Moving pictures are new" she noted. "Or really old" she corrected, nose wrinkling at the book. "Will I get to slay a dragon? Cuz, gotta say--kinda cool."
"Ah, yes. Victorian Slayer. Died just before the Boxer Rebellion, if I recall."
"Victorian?" Buffy looked doubtfully at the armor. "You sure?"
"Hmm? Oh, yes. Quite."
Buffy was silent for a moment.
"What was her name?"
"Kingsleigh, I believe." Giles said absently. "Alice Kingsleigh."
